Blog Personality Type

I spotted this on Catholic Pillow Fight. Find out your personality on the strength of your blog! Simply type in your blog`s name and it gives a result. This was mine:

ESTP - The Doers

The active and playful type. They are especially attuned to people and things around them and often full of energy, talking, joking and engaging in physical out-door activities.

The Doers are happiest with action-filled work which craves their full attention and focus. They might be very impulsive and more keen on starting something new than following it through. They might have a problem with sitting still or remaining inactive for any period of time.

Interesting but way out on the physical out-door activities. Not sure about full of energy either. However it is the fastest personality test there is.

I can't remember whether I've already commented on this or not (ignore me if I have). Mine came out as 'The Mechanics', a kind of amenable practical type who likes racing cars and fire engines.

And apparently I share this with Damian Thompson.

I`ve not gone into the workings of it but it seems to be using Myers-broggs categories. When I did forst do a Myers-Broggs test, at seminary under somewhat stressful conditions, I scored INFJ. When, many years later, I had another go at Myers-Briggs with a friend who administered these tests I got all kinds of results, so this is as good as any.

The fun thing is that you can feed other people`s blogs into it too as you have discovered!

I've been having enormous fun with this. I wonder why Father is a Doer. Most of the clerical bloggers seem to be Thinkers, although I found two Mechanics, a Performer, and a group of Idealists. They are all diocesan, except for The Idealists who are are religious.
Very curious. Must go and do some more ..
